At Melanic Organics, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Due to the nature of our skincare, haircare, and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can assess your request. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
